IMPORTANT INFORMATION Tax receipts will be issued by the Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation. Cheques MUST BE made to Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation and memo Super Ethan’s Steps. DO NOT make cheques to Super Ethan’s Steps. Please ensure that ALL of the required information is completed before handing in your form and pledges at the event on Sunday, September 25th, 2022.
